Culinary Institute of America graduate Bill Boney is chef and owner of Dining In Catering. Bill first came to the Tetons in 1986. He skiied, worked in kitchens around Jackson Hole, and was a personal chef for the Rockefeller family for six years before starting his own business in 1993. Since then, Bill’s business has grown to a full-time, full-service operation serving the largest and most prestigious groups in Jackson Hole and Teton Valley. The success of Dining In Catering is attributed to Bill’s personal attention to everything his clients desire. Whether he is creating elegant menus, traveling to challenging locations, or efficiently serving groups large and small, Bill and his friendly crew continue to define professional catering in the Jackson Hole area.
